QC PROCESS

1. First Inspection   Selection mines

We have our own mines home and abroad. We select the best quality blocks  and insisting in selecting in the same mine to ensure the unification of the quality.

2. Second Inspection   Selection raw material

According to different designs and customer requests, we select blocks and slabs with suitable colors and veins to increase the yield and avoid waste.

3. Third Inspection   Monitoring the whole process

From cutting to mounting, the workers are all well aware of the standards and

kick out the unqualified the chips on sight to avoid wasting more sources and

our QC crews to make sure of that.

4. Fourth Inspection   Checking piece by piece

Checking piece by piece of finished products according to customer’s requirements. Any defective one will be revised before packed.

5. Fifth Inspection   Packing and shipping mark

After products finished, we carefully pack up and put them in wooden crate. Our merchandiser will make shipping marks sticking on the crates according to customer’s request to ensure the accurate delivery to them.
